Greg Gorman has been a resident of South Florida since 1984 and moved to Naples in 1992. Prior to real estate, Greg spent 10 years in the insurance industry as an underwriter. He has also owned his own interior decorating business. Greg has been an honored member of "Who’s Who in the South and Southwest" and "Who’s Who in Business and Finance."

Greg’s real estate career began in 1992 and he continues to be a company sales and listing leader and continues one of the firm's top producers. This success ranks Gorman among the top 1% of all agents internationally. He is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and is a "Certified Residential Specialist," a designation held by fewer than 2% of real estate professionals nationwide, holds the "Certified Residential Broker" designation and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Greg is also active in the local and State Board of REALTORS® serving on numerous committees. The Naples Area Board selected him as their "1994 Member Rising Star" and "1995 REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® of the Year" for his leadership and volunteer efforts. He's also been a member of the Naples & Florida Association Honor Societies.

Greg Gorman served as 1998 CRS Florida Chapter Secretary\Educational Coordinator, District 5 Representative on the 1997 Florida CRS Leadership Team, as Director at the Naples Board; Director -- Florida Association of REALTORS®; member of the FAR Professional Development & Faculty Development committees; In addition, Gorman served on 30 NABOR & FAR committees, many as NABOR Chairman/Co-Chairman, prior to 1998. Gorman has been a featured speaker at 3 National Association of REALTORS® conventions, 3 CRS Sell-A-Brations, annually at Howard Brinton's Star Power annual conferences, and is one of Allen Hainge's CyberStars. Greg holds a FL mortgage brokers license and trained thousands of real estate professionals on real estate systems, client services and real estate related technology.

Outside of real estate, Gorman served as a Director on the Board of the United Arts Council of Collier County; member of the Music Committee and choir with his church; enjoys running, roller-blading, bowling, tennis, travel & scuba diving. Greg resides in Grey Oaks Country Club and is an active golfer.

David Burke grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a native, David knows what Florida living is all about. Prior to real estate, David owned his own neuromuscular therapy business in St Pete.

Burke moved to Naples in 1997, where he began his career in real estate with with Greg Gorman & The Team Paradise™ as a partner. With his knowledge of the Naples real estate market, David offers assurance clients get full attention and cutting edge technology. He understands the value of a home purchase as a primary residence, vacation or as an investment. David also understands a purchase in Naples is not about property, but also for the lifestyles that are as unique as Naples itself.

When not working, David enjoys playing with his West Highland Terriers -- Mr. Cates & Maxi -- as well as scuba diving, roller blading, tennis and golf.
